1. To maintain the legacy of Maurits van Saene and his comprehensive works of art.
2. To convert his house, studio and garden, part of the demolished Norbertine abbey of Ninove, into a museum.
3. The promotion of local artists with similar concepts as Maurits van Saene in relation to classical expertise
4. The allowance and protection of publishing- and reproduction rights
